Warming Up Before Training: Not Optional
A good warm-up gradually raises body temperature, rehearses movement, and prepares attention for the session. It should begin easy, become more specific, and finish with the drills used in training.
- Start with easy movement to raise temperature.
- Mobilize the joints and positions used in the session.
- Rehearse technique at low intensity before adding speed.
- Finish with focused drills and only then begin hard work.
